AmplifyAssist^™ is a support program from Zevra Therapeutics for people prescribed MIPLYFFA^™ (arimoclomol capsule) or OLPRUVA^® (sodium phenylbutyrate) for oral suspension, and for their caregivers and advocates. Whether you're trying to access therapy for the first time or you’ve been on it for months, AmplifyAssist has your back.

Get started

The services we provide include:

Commercial copay assistance program for eligible patients*

Coordination of efforts between your insurance company and healthcare providers to secure product coverage

Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) templates sent to your healthcare providers’ offices when requested

Help with understanding your insurance coverage and out-of-pocket cost for therapy

Delivery of product to your home or address of choice

Supply of product free of charge to eligible patients*

Product and disease-state information, including tips and tools for product management

Monthly refill reminder calls and delivery scheduling to avoid lapses in therapy

Assistance with identifying alternative funding resources for patients who do not qualify for the commercial copay assistance program

Intake

Once we receive your prescription enrollment form from your healthcare provider, we contact you to review the information provided and obtain any additional details we may need from you.

Coverage

We remain in touch as we work to secure coverage. Then, once your insurance company makes a determination, we inform you of their decision.

Access

From there, we assist you with identifying and enrolling in additional programs you may be eligible for to help manage the cost of treatment.

Delivery

Finally, we schedule your initial and future product deliveries to your home or address of choice after reviewing your prescription with you.
